Travel in Europe

Europe is culturally and historically rich with many things to see, do and experience. Empires and historical events make this continent one of the most varied, despite being the smallest of them all.

I have many articles from the countries I’ve visited in Europe. Click on one of the green countries to see its country page and a list of articles per region. (I haven’t written articles about any of the red coloured countries – but that will change soon!)

The Are-They-Aren’t-They States

Political and cultural issues being what they are, some regions in Europe are neither countries nor part of some other. I’m curious to visit these places to see how (if?) they differ from regular countries or not.

Plus getting a stamp on my passport from a place that doesn’t really ‘exist’ would be cool.
