The magnificent acoustics in St Salvator church make it an ideal venue for concerts, but I tend to avoid it because of the tourist crowds. Am I being unfair? Maybe. I recently went back for a Mozart-themed one which was heavenly (ha!), and I’m delighted to see they’re doing Christmas concerts every day in December. Who’s bringing the mulled wine?
