The rooftop bars at the Fairmont Golden hotel, like Goldeneye, may be the glamorous locations but the ground-floor Greenhouse is far from the ugly step-sister of the lot. With river views, the castle prominently watches over you as you dine and imbibe your favourite tipple. Perfect for balmy summer nights!
