I’d not realised Hemingway Bar moved from its location near the Charles Bridge to this spacious place a few minutes’ walk south. There’s more space, but I miss the old-world charm the old building had. Still, the delightful imaginative cocktails don’t fail to surprise. Like the Naked Bellini which comes with its own explanation.
