Old hands will remember the Dirty Dog food truck at Manifesto and wonder where it went. Isaac is the man behind it and he’s set up shop in the city centre. The meat is all locally sourced, marinated and smoked on site; the bread is freshly baked every day and the vegetables are always seasonal. His authentic all-American recipes are delicious – the Reuben has more succulent meat than in some New York delis and the Philly Cheese Steak is nothing short of magic.
